1. Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and ServicePulse FZC LLC ("the Company", "we", "us"), which operates PillarOne. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
PillarOne provides readiness and validation for UAE e-invoicing. It checks invoices against the PINT-AE standard, returns a readiness score and suggested fixes, and facilitates a connection to an accredited Service Provider (ASP) when you choose to transmit.
3. What PillarOne is not
PillarOne is not an Accredited Service Provider (ASP). It does not transmit, submit, or file invoices or returns with the FTA. It does not provide legal or tax advice. Readiness results are indicative, based on the data you connect, and are not a guarantee of FTA acceptance. You remain responsible for your own compliance.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate data; to ensure you are authorized to connect the accounts you connect; to meet your own legal and tax obligations; and to use the service lawfully.
5. Accounts
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
6. Fees
Subscription fees are as shown on the pricing page or in your order.
7. Third-party services
Your accounting provider (Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and any accredited ASP are independent third parties operating under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
8. Intellectual property
The PillarOne platform, validation engine and content are the Company's property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that readiness output guarantees FTA acceptance, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for fines, penalties, or any indirect or consequential losses.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. On termination your access ends and your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.
