Read-only, always
We connect with read-only access and never write to, change, or delete anything in your books.
We never transmit or file
PillarOne is not an Accredited Service Provider (ASP). Nothing goes to the FTA unless you choose to transmit through an accredited ASP, at your instruction.
What we access and why
Your invoices and related records - accessed only to check them against the UAE PINT-AE standard and prepare your readiness results.
Where it lives
UAE-hosted.
Encrypted and isolated
Connection tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's.
You stay in control
You authorize the connection through your provider and can revoke it at any time. Disconnecting stops all access.
We don't sell your data
And we share it only with the sub-processors that run the platform and, at your instruction, an accredited ASP.
Who's responsible
